Cathy offers a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and concerns openly and without fear of judgment.

My pronouns are she/her. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for about 17 years. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including youth services and with Tulsa County Drug Court participants.

My heart is especially drawn to working with adolescents, the LGBTQIA+ community, and people healing from religious trauma. I also love working with neurodivergent clients and am neurodivergent myself. I take a neurodivergent-affirming approach, which means I don’t see neurodivergence as something to be fixed. Instead, I focus on helping you understand yourself more deeply and find ways of navigating life that actually work for your brain and your needs.

I have experience supporting trans individuals, late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD/AuDHD clients, and other LGBTQ+ folks, as well as parents and partners who are trying to better understand and support their loved ones. At this time, I am not offering couples counseling.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and not judged. Therapy with me is about healing, self-understanding, and learning how to move through life with more ease and self-compassion.

I am currently accepting clients ages 11 and up. I accept BCBS, Aetna, Healthcare Highways, Optum, United Healthcare, and HealthChoice. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my partner and children, playing board games, and volunteering with Free Mom Hugs.
